Our History
Prudential Lands was formed by Henry Hamm in 1993, selling an average of 150 residential lots per year. Prudential Lands’ goal is to provide communities that are outstanding both in design and appearance. Many of our lots back onto school sites, sports fields, parks, water features or municipal reserves and others border existing country residences.
